Every Second Saturday of the month
Bird Watching
Join Lucille Betti-Nash for a monthly bird watching walk at Frank Melville Memorial Park, held every second Saturday of the year. These guided walks offer a peaceful and engaging way to explore the park’s diverse bird life, whether you’re a seasoned birder or just starting out. Lucille brings her deep knowledge and passion for birds, making each outing both educational and enjoyable.
Participants meet at 11:00 AM behind the Post Office, between the pond and the small parking lot – an ideal starting point for spotting local and migratory species. Bring your binoculars, cameras, curiosity, and love of nature for a memorable morning in one of the area’s most beautiful natural settings.
