Just a short stroll from our new shared library near Hap’s Red Barn, you’ll find a new bench nestled beneath the trees a quiet place to pause and reflect.
This bench was lovingly dedicated to the memory of Ira Cohen by his widow, Shelly Cohen, and their family. It stands as a tribute to a life well lived and a gesture of enduring love.
More than a resting place, it invites visitors to slow down, take in the peaceful beauty of the park, and remember the lasting impact one life can have.
These thoughtful touches – simple, heartfelt, and enduring – remind us that memory lives not only in words, but in the quiet spaces we share.
We invite you to visit, take a seat, and spend a quiet moment in remembrance.
