Dear Park Friends,
I am pleased to announce the Frank Melville Memorial Park will reopen on weekdays beginning Monday, May 4th on a trial basis. The Bates Road parking lot will stay closed. Until further notice, the Park will remain closed on Saturdays and Sundays. It is anticipated that as other parks and outdoor gathering places reopen, we will be able to welcome visitors back on weekends.
Your safety continues to be our primary concern. Social distancing works, so we ask that all visitors keep six feet between each other and wear a mask to protect both yourself and those around you. Please respect these guidelines, now familiar to all of us.
